Virtual Try-On lets a shopper see your garment worn on a realistic rendering of themselves, directly on the product page. It answers the "how will this actually look on me?" question that photos alone can't.

AI Studio Photo generates studio-quality product and model visuals from your existing assets, with multiple models, poses and backgrounds, without organizing a photoshoot.

A conversational AI stylist embedded in your store that guides shoppers, builds complete looks, and recommends products based on their morphology, style and browsing behavior, like an in-store advisor at scale.

These two features are special order only and fully made to measure. They are available from the Couture plan upwards and are scoped, priced and configured with our team for your brand. They are not self-serve add-ons.

What counts as a "product-color"?

Accepted Answer

A product-color is one product in one color. A dress available in 3 colors counts as 3 product-colors. Capsule includes up to 50 product-colors, and all paid plans include unlimited product-colors.

What happens if I exceed my monthly Size Recommendation or Virtual Try-On limit?

You can buy a one-time Usage Recharge Pack (€99, €199 or €499) to top up your quota. If you regularly exceed your limit, moving to the next plan is usually more cost-effective.

Do Usage Recharge Packs expire?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Recharge packs stay valid for 2 months from purchase. Any unused quota expires at the end of that period.

Can I change plans or cancel at any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Monthly plans can be changed or canceled at any time from your dashboard. Yearly plans are billed upfront and can be canceled at the end of the billing period. Maison is custom-quoted.

What's the difference between monthly and yearly billing?

Accepted Answer

Yearly billing gives you a 25% discount. For example, Atelier is €199/month billed yearly versus €266/month billed monthly.

Which ecommerce platforms and CMS does Mirror work with?

Mirror works with any ecommerce platform or CMS. Shopify has a native 1-click integration, and every other platform is supported through our embeddable integration: you add a snippet to your theme and connect your API key. Maison additionally covers deep CMS/ERP/CRM integrations and full API & Webhooks access.

What do I need to get started?

You need a live ecommerce store with a configured CMS, whether Shopify or another platform, plus your product catalog (images, sizes and measurements). Setup typically takes under 10 minutes, and Capsule is free so you can test everything before committing.
